Just wanted to post a few good pictures from the birthday celebration at the farm today. Despite everything Grandma is going through, like my dad always says "She's like a rock." We've heard from several people these same sentiments. They all say the same thing, "I don't know anyone who has a stronger faith than Pat." It reminds me of the parable about the man who built his house on the Rock:

It was a beautiful day; Dad and I even got to plant four more rows of sweet corn....mmm mmm good! Check for the cheesy potato recipe in the comments very soon:)

Cheesy Potatoes
350 F
In a large bowl, stir:
1 large package of hashbrowns
1 stcik melted butter or margarine
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 small package of sour cream
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Place ingridients in greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for one hour.
Sorry there's not more specific ingrident sizes but this is all Mom has....its so easy and good I don't think you can screw it up!
