Hope this doesn't ruin your fanasty football pool, but quarterback Cole Neary is out for the season. He broke his clavical (coller bone) with 3 minutes left in the game on Thursday. The pictures show the hard hit and Cole on the ground. Prior to the injury he played a great game, and had several pass completions. He is out for 6-8 weeks which will also cut into some of the basketball season. Can't wait to see everybody at the wedding.

ohhh man! Cole, I understand your pain. I broke my right clavicle in college. Which side was it?? How are you doing??
Cole! Ouch! Try to at least milk it for all its worth....get cute girls to carry your books, etc. :)
Now we have 3 Neary cousins who have broken their collar bone. That should be a warning!
Can you still dance with a broken clavicle? That might be considered a contact sport in the Neary family! I've seen Margaret get pretty crazy dancing--and she didn't even have anything to drink at Laura and Eric's wedding dance! You may have to be a bit calmer than that, Cole. :)
I broke mine falling off a stack of hay bales in the old barn. Must be in the DNA.
Cole: Milk this for all it's worth. Ice cream, candy, late nights in front of the TV.
