Hey Everyone! : )
Just a heads up for everyone... I have my interview at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry on THURSDAY!! It's scheduled from 11 to about 2. So if everyone wants to think positive thoughts and send some prayers my way it would be AMAZING!!! Mom is picking me up tonight and we're going to spend the night in Iowa City. Then Thursday morning I meet with the adviser of the school, go on a tour and have my interview. It sounds pretty intimidating. I have to speak into a recorder and my interviewer can't say anything to me except what is written on the question sheet. Because the math section of my DAT didn't go very well, I need to do really well on Thursday! My roommate is a CPA so I'm wearing one of her suits. It makes me feel super young and super old at the same time. : ) I'm not nervous yet but I'm sure I'll be freaking out tomorrow. Alex and my roommates have been asking me questions all week and I've been reading up on my current events in Dentistry as well as memorizing the info on the Iowa website. I should be all set!! I love you all and I will let you know how it goes!!
P.S. If you have any good questions I should be thinking about let me know!! I'll check this tomorrow morning!!

Here is the trick question they always ask in these dental school interviews:
How many teeth do you cut into a pumpkin when you are making a Jack-o-Lantern for Halloween?
Correct Answer: the number of quarter inches in the circumference of the pumpkin divided by the number of inches in the diameter.
You'll hit a home run. Or, if you were already a Hawkeye, you'd say you would hit a Penn State Nittny Lion.
