Terry -
I just finished Season 3 of McLeod's Daughters. I'm sitting in my apartment by myself crying my eyes out. You'd all get a good laugh if you saw me right now. What can I say? I've got that Neary disease of being a bawl baby. I hope Season 4 is happier than this one, or else I don't know how much more I can take! ;)
My Wonderful Family -
Hope everyone is doing well! I'm back in Cedar Falls and trying to find a job! I've gone around the entire city and it looks like no one is hiring right now. So I'm enjoying being a couch potato, visiting with friends and trying to help my roommate get through her toughest semester of accounting. Alex is in Week 3 of his internship. He loves it! He spent the day in Fairfield doing some auditing. He loves Iowa City and is slowing crossing over to being a Hawk fan. :) I found an apartment last weekend when I went to visit him. It's about a 15 minute walk from the Dental building. Alex has lots of family over there so I have a bunch of people around if I ever need anything. Alex's cousin has already adopted me as her shopping buddy. :) I got a letter in the mail today from the Admissions office at Iowa letting me know that they received my updated transcript from UNI so I am 100% done with the admissions process. Yay! I'll keep everyone posted as to the job search. I had so much fun with everyone at our belated Christmas celebration! I love you all very very much!!

Hey Megan
I think Laura said the exact same thing after Season 3! "I don't know if I want to watch anymore of this show!" But, needless to say, we're now watching Season 7! One more to go! Season 8 is the final season, viewing right now in Australia, so it won't be out for a little while on DVD here. They are are alot of fun and good things do happen in the next seasons, along with a few sad times too... Just like life! :)
For the rest of you wondering about McLeod's Daughters...It's an Australian TV series, filmed in southern Australia about 2 sisters who run their deceased father's ranch. All of the people who work for them are women. They just happen to be good looking too. :) It's gorgeous scenery and next to their ranch, Drover's Run, are 2 hot guys. :) It was the No. 1 show in Australia for 7 of the 8 seasons, so we're not the only crazy followers! Like they say on the advertisements, "It's bloody addicting."
Laura and I originally watched it on WE Tv, then the U.S. quit carrying it, so we had to wait until it came out on DVD here in the US. (Australian DVDs don't work in the U.S.---DVDs are zoned around the world---I learned that when I tried to buy the DVD) I got Megan and Emily hooked on it when they stayed at our house. We still(especially me and Megan) stay up late watching McLeod Daughter episodes. Alex declined his offer of staying up and watching it with us. Emily and Amy are early birds and usually hit the sack before me, Megan or Laura. You all didn't know we have such great times at midnight at 504 Superior Street!
WOW, Midnight on Superior St. First an episode of Girls Gone Wild,Then your own Reality Show,50536. I can't wait.TGIF
Hilarious!
